§ Dr. SHIELSI dealt fully with this matter in reply to a question asked on the 7th July by the hon. Member for Camlachie (Mr. Stephen). I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of that reply; but I would repeat, what I then said, that there is no intention to prevent the 301- lection of money from natives for the Kikuyu Central Association or for any other purpose which is not unlawful.
