§ The POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. Lees-Smith)The policy of the Post Office is opposed to the issue of special stamps, save in the most exceptional circumstances, and I regret, therefore, that I cannot agree to the issue of a special peace and disarmament stamp.
