§ Mr. BENNThese stations are owned and worked by the Indian Radio Telegraph Company under a licence granted by the Director-General of Posts and Telegraphs, India. Although Imperial and International Communications Limited have, it is understood, a sub 896 stantial holding in the Indian Company, they have no direct responsibility for the working of these stations.
