§ Miss BONDFIELDI have examined the information obtained as a result of the investigation which has been made and I am satisfied that circumstances exist which justify action under the Trade Boards Acts. The report of the investigation is now in the hands of the printer, and I hope that it will be published at the end of this month. In the meantime I am considering the form and scope of the action which it is expedient to take.
