Mr. TINKERasked the Minister of Labour if she is aware that persons entering unemployment insurance must produce a birth certificate; that a certificate of the registry of birth is insufficient and that they must produce another certified copy of birth, for which the applicant pays sixpence; and will she give consideration to this matter and see that the cost of the certificate does not fall upon the person entering insurance?
