§ The PRIME MINISTERIt has now been decided, in view of the short time remaining, not to seek the appointment this Session of a joint committee to consider the question of closer union in East Africa. The question of the appointment of the proposed committee will, however, be brought forward at the earliest possible opportunity next Session.
