§ Dr. SHIELSI am not in a position to say when the report will be ready. On its receipt, my Noble Friend will consider the question of publication of the voluminous evidence, whether simultaneously with the report or not.
Earl WINTERTONMay I ask whether, simultaneously with the publication of the report, there will he issued a statement of the Government's views on the outbreak and the methods to be adopted for avoiding outbreaks in the future, in view of the fact that up to now the Government have consistently refused to express an opinion on the ground that the matter was sub judice while before the Committee?
