HC Deb 27 January 1930 vol 234 c590
9. Mr. A. M. SAMUEL

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, whether there is in existence any extradition treaty between Great Britain and Luxemburg which would render it possible for the Luxemburg authorities to arrest in Luxemburg for extradition purposes a person against whom a British warrant had been issued.

Mr. A. HENDERSON

Yes, Sir; provided the person whose surrender is claimed is not a national of the Grand Duchy and the offence of which he is accused is one of those covered by the treaty.

Mr. SAMUEL

Does this mean that the position is the same with regard to Luxemburg as it is with regard to Italy?

Mr. HENDERSON

I must have notice of that question.
