Mr. W. ADAMSONOn the basis of the rates payable in respect of the year 1928–29 it is estimated that the total annual relief from rates that will accrue in respect of industrial lands and heritages in Scotland under the provisions of the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1929, will be approximately £1,600,000.
