§ Mr. GREENWOODWhere sporting rights are separately assessed, the valuation is not affected by de-rating, 325 and no value is in consequence lost to the rates. As I informed my hon. Friend in reply to a question on the 21st instant, the question as to the liability of sporting rights in certain other circumstances is the subject of a case which will probably come before the Courts shortly. Figures of the value of such rights are not available.
