§ Sir C. TREVELYANProposals for nine new Nursery Schools were approved in the period 1st July to 31st December, 1929. So far as my information goes, there are nine schools at present under construction. The average cost of providing a new Nursery School, on the basis of a number of recent examples, is about £34 per place.
