Mr. LOVAT-FRASERasked the President of the Board of Education whether, in view of the fact that an increasing number of children under the age of 16 are taking part in entertainments in cheap suburban cinemas under conditions that are detrimental to their health and education, he will consider the desirability of making regulations that will prevent the continuance of this employment of children under detrimental conditions?
