§ Mr. LAWSONI think that, in general, both employers and workers recognise the desirability of restoring normal relations after a dispute and, therefore, of avoiding anything in the nature of victimisation. In my opinion, it is much more satisfactory to rely on the good sense and good will of the parties concerned than to attempt regulation by Statute.
