CAYZERasked the Home Secretary whether he has yet considered the resolution passed on 30th January, 1930, by the Portsmouth Education Committee, in connection with the Children (Employment Abroad) Bill, urging that arrangements may be made that applications for licences may be heard at certain convenient committees in the provinces; and, if so, what action he proposes to take?
