Mr. A. HENDERSONRatifications and definite accessions to this Convention have been deposited on behalf of 34 countries. There are 11 other countries on whose behalf signatures or accessions have been given but which still require, before they take effect, ratification or confirmation. Twenty-five countries have neither signed nor ratified nor acceded. I will, with the hon. and gallant Member's permission, circulate details in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
