§ The PRIME MINISTERThe convention in regard to the Bank for International Settlements is included among the agreements' reached at The Hague Conference which have been presented to Parliament (Cmd. 3484). The pressure upon Parliamentary time for urgent business is so great that I am not in a position to encourage the discussion asked for, unless one of the ordinary opportunities is taken.
