§ Mr. VAUGHANSince the number is nearly twice as many as the English and Welsh people resident in Scotland, is the right hon. Gentleman considering recommending the surplus to return home?
§ Mr. GREENWOODIf my hon. Friend regards his Scottish colleagues as aliens, that is a matter which must be dealt with by the Home Secretary.
