§ The CHAIRMAN OF WAYS AND MEANS reported, That, after conferring with the 1166 Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords, for the purpose of determining in which House of Parliament the respective Bills, introduced pursuant to the provisions of the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, should be first considered, they had determined that the following Bills should originate in the House of Lords, namely:—
§ Scottish Central Electric Power Bill (Substituted Bill).
§ Fife Electric Power Bill (Substituted Bill).
§ Lochabar Water Power Bill (Substituted Bill).
§ Report to lie upon the Table.
