§ Mr. CLYNESI would refer my hon. Friend to the figures for 1929 which I gave on the 5th instant in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Everton (Mr. Hall-Caine). Figures are not separately available for the financial year 1928–29, and those already given do not include any cases of private prosecutions.
