Dr. VERNON DAVIESasked the President of the Board of Education (1) if he has fixed the scale for the varying maintenance grants for school children between 14 years and 15 years, according to the means of the parents and what will be the highest income limit for which a maintenance grant will he payable;
(2) if maintenance grants for school children at 14 years of age will be at the same rate for boys and girls, or will a sex distinction be made?
