Major OWENIs not the right hon. Gentleman aware of the gross inequalities which now exist in the case of householders and professional men with regard to the renewal of their leases, and is he not prepared to bring in a Measure which will give justice to this very large section of the community?
§ The PRIME MINISTERThere are some 100 Measures that I should be prepared to bring in to-morrow if there were any chance of getting them through.
