§ Mr. CLYNESEx-Police Constable Wilkin rendered considerable assistance to the authorities. This was taken into account when the question of his pension came up for consideration and he was informed that this would be done. Apart from this, no consideration of any kind was held out to him. His service was reckoned as approved service on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Police.
