§ 30. Mr. LAWTHERasked the Home Secretary if he will consider the introduction of legislation to make it compulsory that where films are exhibited at children's performances they shall be of a non-inflammable type, and also to arrange where such performances are held that a sufficient and suitable staff shall be in attendance to deal with such audiences in order to obviate any panic with consequent loss of life such as has taken place recently?
