HC Deb 06 February 1930 vol 234 c2063
41. Sir N. GRATTAN-DOYLE

asked the Home Secretary whether he can make any statement as to the outcome of investigations into the placing of an alleged bomb in the Indian section of the British Museum?

Mr. CLYNES

A man has now been charged, and I cannot say anything while proceedings are pending.

Mr. THURTLE

Will the Home Secretary make it clear even now that no Indian Nationals or other Indian persons were connected with that crime?

Mr. CLYNES

In the circumstances, I cannot add to what I have said in my answer.
