§ Miss BONDFIELDIndustrial transference is being effected by placing persons from the depressed areas in employment elsewhere, either direct, or after a course of training at a centre or a spell of employment on a State-aided scheme. 1,998 persons were so transferred during the four weeks ending 24th November, 1930.
