GRAHAMIt is not possible to deal with this matter in question and answer, but I propose to make a full statement on Thursday next on an Amendment which has been put down to the Expiring Laws Continuance Bill. In the meantime I would refer the hon. Member to the Report of the Dyestuffs Industry Development. Committee which was presented to Parliament in August last, and to the statement which I made in reply to a question by my hon. Friend the Member for Dumbarton (Mr. Brooke) on 19th November.
