29. Mr. MARJORIBANKS

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that on the 25th November an address in English was broadcast from Moscow on the 1,350 wave-length, inciting the British workers to revolution; and whether he will make an immediate protest to the Soviet Government?

Mr. A. HENDERSON

I have no information to this effect, but I am making inquiries. If the hon. Member can furnish me with any particulars of such an address inciting the British workers to revolution, I will consider what action can be taken.

Is the right hon. Gentleman also aware that in this broadcast address His Majesty's Government were blamed for interfering and ruining the five-years' plan?
