Mr. WELLSasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will agree to publish the Report on Criminal Procedure in Egypt, dealing 3094 with the position which would arise if the powers of the present consular courts are transferred to the mixed tribunals, which Report was submitted to the Foreign Office in 1928?
