§ Mr. PALINI beg leave to present a Petition from 1870 parishioners of the 2874 Catholic Church, St. Michaels, Westmoreland Road, Newcastle-on-Tyne, who are voters in the Central and Western Divisions of the City of Newcastle, praying for equal financial assistance for all schools recognised as efficient by the Board of Education.
