§ Mr. BENNThe whole question of congestion in the Bombay High Court and other connected matters is engaging the active consideration of the Government of Bombay, and until I have received their report I shall not be in a position to make a statement.
§ Mr. WARDLAW-MILNEWill the right hon. Gentleman consider the desirability of setting up a Commission to go into the whole matter, because the delay is very prolonged?
§ Mr. BENNThe delay is prolonged, and I will see that the suggestion of the hon. Gentleman is brought to the notice of the Government of Bombay.
