§ Miss BONDFIELDAt 24th March, 1930, there were 82,627 young men, aged 18 to 20, on the registers of Employment Exchanges in Great Britain whose claims to unemployment benefit had been admitted or were under consideration. I am unable to say how many of these were actually in receipt of benefit.
