HC Deb 03 April 1930 vol 237 c1462
95. Mr. GRANVILLE

asked the Minister of Agriculture if he will now state when it is intended to introduce proposals to deal with the depression in arable farming?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of AGRICULTURE (Dr. Addison)

A considerable number of proposals, some of them of a very complicated nature, are being examined by the Government, and my right hon. Friend is not in a position at present to say when that examination will be completed.
