§ Mr. DALTONThe negotiations on this subject are still proceeding. As stated in answer to the hon. Member for Willesden East (Mr. D. G. Somerville) on the 5th of February, British subjects remain in full enjoyment of their treaty rights until such time as the treaties now in force may have been modified by mutual consent.
