HC Deb 01 April 1930 vol 237 cc1073-4
48. Captain P. MACDONALD

asked the Prime Minister whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce and pass into law a measure of voting reform for application at the next General Election, with a view to securing the increased representation of minority groups?

The PRIME MINISTER

I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer given on the 13th March in reply to a question by the hon. Member for Wolverhampton East (Mr. Mander).

Captain MACDONALD

Is it not a fact that the conditions have changed since then, and is this one of the conditions of the support of the allies of the Government below the Gangway?
