§ Mr. LUNNMy Noble Friend recently received a deputation of Cypriot Greeks who asked for the union of the island with Greece. The answer given was that. His Majesty's Government could hold out no hope of meeting this request. They also put forward certain proposals for constitutional change in regard to which no final decision has yet been taken.
