§ Mr. W. GRAHAMThis vessel's ordinary certificate allows 400 passengers within certain geographical limits in the West Highland trade. No certificate permitting the conveyance of either 1,200 or 900 passengers has been issued, but during fair holidays in July a special certificate was granted allowing 690 passengers within partially smooth water limits of the River Clyde.
