Mr. THOMASIt would not be fair to say that I am urging them to give a decision as soon as possible, because that might be construed, having regard to the importance of their job, as interference. But I have asked them to furnish me with their Report as soon as possible, and, in addition, I have granted additional money for engineering work to enable them to submit their Report as speedily as possible.
