§ 22. Mr. KELLYasked the Secretary of Stats for War the number of employés in the cutting room at the Pimlico Clothing Factory who receive an annual holiday with pay; and why all those engaged in the cutting room are not given holidays with pay equal to the rest of the Civil Service?
§ Mr. PENNY (Lord of the Treasury)I have been asked to reply. The only employé of the cutting room eligible for annual leave with pay is the foreman cutter. The remainder of the employés fall into the general group of War Department industrial employés who, as indicated in the reply given to the hon. Member on 7th March, do not receive annual leave with pay in addition to the regulated public holidays.
