§ 5. "That a sum, not exceeding £43,845, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the 2202 sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1930, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Fishery Board for Scotland, including Expenses of Marine Superintendence, and Grant in Aid of Piers or Quays."
