§ Section 3. "That a sum, not exceeding £7,228,300, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Expenses of the Contract Work for Shipbuilding, Repairs, Maintenance, etc., which will come in course of payment 2156 during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1930."
