§ The MINISTER of TRANSPORT (Colonel Ashley)I understand that the Commissioners hope to complete their survey of the large area included in the South-West England and South Wales Electricity Scheme in the autumn, and to transmit the scheme to the Central Electricity Board before the end of the year. The Board will then proceed to publish it.
§ Colonel WOODCOCKIs there no chance of getting any information at all before the autumn, with reference to this scheme?
§ Colonel ASHLEYNo, Sir. Until the Commissioners have formulated a scheme and the Board have received it, the matter must be confidential.
