Lords Amendment: In page 66, line 41, leave out Sub-sections (4) and (5).

I beg to move, "That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment."

This seems, on the face of it, a little more than a drafting Amendment, and perhaps we might have some explanation.

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

This is simply a change of place in the Bill.
