Mr. JOHNasked the President of the Board of Education whether consideration has been given to the recommendation of the departmental committee on Welsh in education and life, that a chapter on the teaching of Welsh be included in the Board's suggestions for the consideration of teachers as soon as practicable; will he state what steps have been taken; and when the suggestions will be issued?
