On a point of Order. May I call your attention, Sir, to a statement made to-day in an interruption by the hon. and gallant Gentleman the Member for Central Hull (Lieut.-Commander Kenworthy). He intervened to observe that I belong to some revolutionary organisation. I wish to state, categorically and emphatically, that I have never belonged to a revolutionary organisation in my life.
