I think the point which the right hon. Gentleman wishes to raise is one for the Third Reading. This Clause relates solely to the exact sum of money which the House has agreed to vote, and the matter which the right hon. Gentleman, I understand, wishes to raise cannot be raised at this stage, but must be taken on the Third Reading.
