§ Earl WINTERTONThe Government of India have called for tenders for the operation of a subsidised air service from Karachi to Delhi, with an eventual extension to Calcutta. The terms and conditions are very detailed, and I am sending the hon. Member a copy of the memoranda issued to tenderers by the Government of India.
