33. Mr. MORRIS

asked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the fact that the Report of the Mental Deficiency Committee was presented as long ago as 24th January, that the President of the Board of Education has authorised the publication of the portions relating to children, and that general interest is taken in this Report, he will say when he will have completed his consideration of the portions relating to adults and will be in a position to authorise their publication?

I would refer to the reply which I gave to a similar question by my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for the St. Albans Division (Lieut.-Colonel Fremantle) on the 7th March.

I cannot give an undertaking to that effect.
