GRATTAN-DOYLE (for Mr. WARDLAW-MILNE)asked the Minister of Labour whether he has received any complaint that the practice of signing on at Employment Exchanges in the 1118 morning results in many unemployed losing the chance of getting work and in additional cost to the State; and whether he will consider the question of allowing unemployed persons to sign the register in the afternoon?
