§ Sir J. GILMOURIt has been decided to exclude from the scope of compulsory insurance for health and pension purposes share fishermen over the age of 65 who were not insured persons on the date when they attained that age or on the 1st January, 1929, whichever is the later, and a special Order to this effect is being made.
