§ Sir K. WOODMy right hon. Friend is advised that any form of tuberculosis is an infectious disease for the purposes of Clause 15 of the Local Government Bill. As my hon. Friend is aware, tuberculosis is expressly excluded from the definition of infectious disease for the purposes of Clause 58 of the Bill.
